A. Yes, the Pharma PR & Communications Summit West will be a live event held at the Waterfront Beach Resort in Huntington Beach, CA on June 14, 2022.
Q. Will there be opportunities for networking?
A. Yes! The Pharma PR & Communications Summit West will have many ways to meet and network with your peers. The live event will include a networking breakfast, lunch, breaks and a cocktail reception.
Q: What will my registration get me?
A: We’ve got great news. Your in-person registration automatically includes FULL access to the live event, including all panels and networking opportunities.
Q: What if my company does not allow me to travel for business? What if I am personally not comfortable attending the Pharma PR & Communications Summit live?
A: We appreciate that there are still company travel restrictions in place, as well as personal preferences. Unfortunately, the Pharma PR & Communications Summit West will be an in-person event only as the focus will be on key relationship building and idea sharing that we feel is best suited to a live environment. However, as part of the Pharma PR series we do have an additional opportunity on the East Coast on July 19-20, 2022 if that is more convenient for you. You can learn more here.
Q: I’m a speaker at the event, can I join the panel virtually if I’m unable to travel?
A: In order to offer the best audience experience at the live event, we prefer to have all speakers on stage. However, we can discuss options directly. If you are unable to speak in person, please contact: Michelle Benz at [email protected]

Q. What health and safety measures will you be taking at the event?
A: The number one priority at all of our events is the health & safety of all participants. Our team has been working in partnership with the venue to provide a safe and controlled environment where exhibitors, attendees, and speakers can interact, conduct meetings, and form meaningful relationships.
Onsite safety measures will include but are not limited to:
Together with the venue and adhering to CDC guidelines, we are also working closely with any of our vendors to continue to follow a rigorous safety regimen when interacting with our community

Q: Do I have to be vaccinated in order to attend?
A: No – but attendees and staff must show proof of a negative Covid-19 test taken within 48 hours if not fully vaccinated. Approved vaccines include: BioNTech-Pfizer (2 doses), Moderna (2 doses), and Janssen/Johnson & Johnson (1 dose).
Q: What if I test positive for COVID 19 prior to the event, or I am unable to have a vaccine due to being immunocompromised or have other medical reasons?
