A: The number one priority at all of our events is the health & safety of all participants. Our team has been working in partnership with the venue to provide a safe and controlled environment where exhibitors, attendees, and speakers can interact, conduct meetings, and form meaningful relationships.

Onsite safety measures will include but are not limited to:

• Together with the venue and adhering to CDC guidelines, we are also working closely with any of our vendors to continue to follow a rigorous safety regimen when interacting with our community
• Widened and larger networking areas
• Touchless hand sanitizer
• Increased sanitation of high-traffic areas

A: No – but attendees and staff must show proof of a negative Covid-19 test taken within 48 hours if not fully vaccinated. Approved vaccines include: BioNTech-Pfizer (2 doses), Moderna (2 doses), and Janssen/Johnson & Johnson (1 dose).
